The counselling process involves exploring various aspects of one’s life to understand and then change, what may be contributing to distress. For this reason, effective counselling addresses all areas of life, holistically. I prefer not to list specific challenges, as rarely do these exist alone and are often interrelated. I welcome anyone that feels counselling may assist them no matter the area of concern.
